I know, its a day early, but I’m heading away for the weekend. So instead of a Saturday weigh in, it’s a Friday!

This Weeks Weight: 116.0kg’s
Loss\Gain: -1.4kg’s.
I’m quite happy with progress, considering last Saturday’s weigh in was 117.4, and I ate terribly over the weekend. I was pleasently surprised that the monthly weigh in on Tuesday wasn’t up on that. And to have lost 1.4kg’s in 3 day’s (and believe me, I’m not lacking in food!) is a good feeling. Now to break 115 next week.
