Core workout at the end.

10 x Deadlift @ 50kg’s, 55kg’s, 55kg’s

10 x wide arm lat pull downs @ 40kgs’, 35kg’s, 35kg’s

60 rest

3 x Group 2

10 x lunge leg raises @ 6kg’s

10 x Incline chest press @ 10kg’s

10 x Romanian Dead Lift @ 50kg’s, 50kg’s, 40kg’s (grip and fatigue!)
