So after giving a set to one of my athletes during the week, I decided that it wasn’t a bad one to start with.
Reps x Distance – Discipline ~ Time ~
8 x 50 – Kick ~ 90~
8 x 75 – Swim ~ 90 ~
8 x 50 – Kick ~ 75 ~
8 x 75 – Swim ~ 90 ~
Unfortunately I had not warmed my shoulder up properly, all my gear was in my car which was recently robbed and burnt out :'(. Got 6 of the first 75’s done, and did the last two easy as a swim down, still covered 1k, but not that happy about it.
One of the aims in my swim, is to get back so some level of fitness on my own, then join back in with some club swimming.
