Slight change of warm up.

Bodyweight squats and lunges. I dont know the name of them, but push up position rotating into arm straight up, after trying to step on your hand. Must really get the name of them.

Group 1 SuperSet, Group 2 TriSet

3 x superset kettlebells (45 seconds) & 45 second speed runs on rowing machine.

Group 1 (3 reps & 1 warm up)

10 x Squat on the funny pole @ 10kg’s,10kg’s,15kg’s,20kg’s

10 x Close Grip Lat Pull Down @ 40kg’s (set 4 at 35kg’s)

60 rest.

Group 2 (2 reps)

10 x push up (incline)

10 (each side) x Row’s* @ 7kg’s

10 (each side) x Rotator Cuff rotations @ 3kg’s **

60 rest.

** I’ll figure out how to explain it later…

 General Feeling:

Calf cramped like crazy doing the row’s, was strange. apart from that good workout!
