Legs were sore tonight starting out, and I wanted to double up training. For two reasons really,

1) Tri-A-Tri in 3 weeks has a really short swim, but normal distance cycle and run (which is unfair on poor me that can kinda swim)

2) I didn’t have time to train yesterday after doing a training session with a swimmer for a competition this weekend.

So this was part 1 of a 2 part training session…
