The other title this could have is C25k Day 2 – fail…

Transitioned from the bike to the run in very little time (had to put the bike away, but  that was about it).

5 minute warm up, not bad.

60 second run (got to 50) ok.

90 second walk, tight, very tight.

60 second run (got to 5) and cramp, calf.

5 minutes stretching and it loosened out somewhat, but I wasn’t chancing running on it again. So I continued on the course, just walking.

Next two weeks, major focus on running training, bike will have to take a back seat.
