So I did some analysis of my weight loss so far, because I really only look at it from week to week, or month to month, never as a whole! Nice little graph! Happy me! You can even see when I reset my goals!
So I purposely waited an extra day for this. Travelled to the UK for work during the week and my diet went to &*^%. I was up 2.1kg’s on Saturday, and next Saturday it would seem like a massive achievement to be down from 104kg’s when most of it was water weight.
Sundays are just easier for weekly weigh ins!

had a really good training week, and not a bad eating week…
Had a really good start of week, but ate like crap on the two day’s I did no training.
Ate like an animal last weekend and suffered because of it… The weekdays were ok!
