It’s the first time I’ve really noticed the weight loss. My strokes and swimming are at a reasonable level. The last time I was in the water I felt like sh!t. Just did an easy session tonight after the gym, but it was nice to be in the pool. Down to 11strokes\25m all due to weight loss & strength gain. I’m getting further off the walls, faster and easier.
