So with just a few days to go, I wanted to get a bit of both in.

Started late in the evening so had to go with well lit area’s. Unfortunately not many of them around, so the cycle was a little shorter than I had hoped.

Found a good rhythm on the run though. Went 60 run, 90 walk.

Tomorrow I’, going to go for a shorter version of this, but try 90 run 90 walk x 4, then 75 run 90 walk x 4, then keep at 60 run 90 walk.
