the plan

5 min warm up

3 min run

90 second walk

5 minute run

2 1/2 minute walk

3 minute run

90 second walk

5 minute run

5 minute cool down. (only had distance to do 4!!)

And i did it… 16 minutes running. I only barely did that much in the 5k on the tri! (it was actually about 20-22) but in 60/75 sets seemed not that much…

But yeah, 5 minute and 3 minute blocks done. I’m quite happy!
